Forensic Frameworks
The Director seeks to establish five multi-party frameworks of specialist service providers to facilitate the excavation (single context method), recovery and analysis of human remains and associated evidence, under forensic control, from the Tuam site in accordance with the Institutional Burials Act 2022 and international best practice.
We are currently tendering for the following roles:
- Lot 1 – Laboratory Analyst (Forensic Anthropologist / Human Osteoarchaeologist)
- Lot 2 – Forensic Odontologist
- Lot 3 – Forensic Photographer
- Lot 4 – Site Forensic Archaeologist / Site Archaeologist
- Lot 5 – Site Human Osteoarchaeologist / Site Forensic Anthropologist

Secondment Opportunities
Expressions of interest are sought from officers at relevant grades, HEO, EO and CO (or their equivalents) for secondment to ODAIT. The posts are full time positions.
