Charlotte graduated from NUI, Galway with a B.A. Intl. Hons. degree, having studied Legal Science and German, before sidestepping into the Hospitality and Property sectors, where she gained valuable experience in customer service, event management, sales, accounts, and website management. In 2016 she joined the Civil Service as an Executive Officer at the CSO’s Digital Communications team, where she had responsibility for publishing the results of two Censuses, reports on Ireland’s UN Sustainable Development Goals, the results of the Sexual Violence Survey and many other high-profile publications. Charlotte aims to make a worthwhile contribution to the work of ODAIT, building on her previous experience in the public and private sectors.
