The Deputy Director is in charge of ODAIT’s administration and governance functions.
Blaithin has acquired a broad range of knowledge and experience having held various roles within the Irish Civil Service for over a decade. Among her skills and expertise are Human Resources, Learning and Development, Operations Management, Government Procurement, Project Management, Communications and Finance. Blaithin holds an M.A. in Adult Learning and Development, Educational Psychology from University of Galway, and a B.A. in Human Resources Management and Personnel Administration from Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology. Her skills, knowledge and commitment to the Office are key to getting ODAIT set up and well positioned to take on the Intervention.
